GM3促进人白血病J6-2细胞分化时蛋白激酶C活性的变化
THE COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PROTEIN KINASE C ACTIVITY IN J6-2 LEUKEMIC CELLS BEFORE AND AFTER DIFFERENTIATION INDUCED BY GANGLIOSIDE GM3
【摘要】 本研究用自行提纯的GM3观察了它对人单核样白血病细胞的促分化作用,以及促分化前后蛋白激酶C活性的影响。根据电镜观察、吞墨试验及NBT还原试验的结果,表明GM3确能促使J6-2细胞分化;另外GM3在促分化后,J6-2细胞的总PK-C活性下降。作者讨论了GM3抑制蛋白激酶C的可能机理。
【Abstract】 Thee authors studied the PK-C activity of J6-2 cells before and after differentiation induced by ganglioside GM3. By electron-microscopic observation, phagocytic capability and NBT reduction test, GM3 was shown to induce the differentiation of J6-2, a leukemic cell line established from a Chinese monocytoid leukemic patient. After differentiation, the total PK-C activity of J6-2 cells decreased. The authors discussed the possible mechanism of GM3’s action.
