自然铜对家兔骨痂中微量元素含量影响的实验研究

【摘要】 本文通过家兔实验性骨折愈合模型,观察了补充自然铜对家免骨痂中微量元素含量的影响。结果表明:补充自然铜家免骨痂中Zn、Fe、Mn含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。骨痴Cu含量在骨折愈合期间出现一个高峰,补充自然铜家兔高峰出现较对照组早一周。微量元素Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu在骨折愈合中起重要作用,因此,补充自然铜有助于骨折愈合。

【Abstract】 Experimental fracture healing model in rabbits were used in order to observe the influence of native copper supplementation on callus Zn. Fe. Mn. Cu contents. The results show that callus Fe. Zn. Mn contents are significantly higher in the native copper supplementation group than that in the controls(P<0.05). There is a peak of callus Cucontent during fracture healing. But in the native copper supplemented group, the peak appears one week earlier than that in the controls. Trace elements Zn. Fe. Mn. Cu play an important role in fracture healing, so native copper supplementation benefit fracture healing.
