【Abstract】 The changes of left ventricular function in 37 normal children and 6 cases with myocarditis were investigated echoeardiographically during cold pressor test (CPT). Subsequently, the mechanism of changes of heart function was discussed. The investigation indicates that the courses of fraction shortening (FS), ejection fraction (EF), systolic time interval (STI) and the frequency corrected parameters (Vcf×100/ HR) give the best information about left ventricular intropic state during and after CPT.更多还原
