【Abstract】 The electrric control systen of constant tension coiling is presented,and three problems are studied: (1)nonlinear problems in detection unit of lenth of loop and its methods of approximation-equivalent;(2)the Dis- turbance of the change of extrusion speed to the tension and its compensation control method;(3)the.soft-start methods of the system and the problems of dynamic tension.The performance of the system is improved with above methods,and the technology equipments are satisfied.更多还原
