硅灰石填充改性聚丙烯结晶行为形态结构及性能
Crystallization behavior, morphology and properties of polypropylene composites filled with calcium silicate
【摘要】 采用DSC技术研究不同组成的硅灰石填充聚丙烯的等温与非等温结晶行为,并 通过偏光显微镜和扫描电镜考察其结晶行态及填料与基体间的界面结构。同时测定了 材料的力学性能,考察了破坏断面的形貌。结果表明,硅灰石在填充聚丙烯中起异相 成核作用,改变了聚丙烯的结晶速度、球晶形态、晶粒大小及分布,并影响其力学性 能。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene composites filled with calcium silicate are a new kind of modified resin. DSC, PM and SEM are used as investigated means. The result shows that the ca1cium silicate acts as heterogeneous nucleat, and which chan- ges the crystallization morphology, crystallization temperature and size of PP.
