【Abstract】 The whole system, based on instruction plan, makes a whole management in instruction organizing work, in which a lot of complicated and duplicated data processing work is completed, until the timetable of the whole school is created automatically. The system is designed by adopting the designing principles of the fourth generation language and the technology of artificial intelligence.
