岩石切削力研究
Study of rock cutting forces
【摘要】 采用单因素法和二次回归正交组合设计法,详细研究了辉绿岩、花岗岩和大理石的切削力性质;提出了合理选择岩石切削加工工艺参数的原则;给出了若干可供岩石切削机械设计使用的切削力经验公式;为进一步建立岩石切削力理论公式打下了基础。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the results of the rock cutting mechanism research, the characteristics of rock cutting forces of diabase, granite and marble are analyzed in detail, using the single factor method and quadratic combined orthogonal regression design method. The principles of selection of the cutting technological parameters are proposed. The empirical formulas of rock cutting forces are given. They can be referred to the design of the rock cutting machinery. The results obtained have provided a foundation for the further study of the theoretical formulas of rock cutting forces.
