半导体激光超短脉冲的产生及测量
PRODUCTION AND MEASUREMENT OF ULTRASHORT OPTICAL PULSES FROM SEMICONDUCTOR LASER DIODES
【摘要】 利用LiIO3晶体的倍频效应,研制成功用于测量半导体激光超短脉冲的二次谐波(SIIG)自相关装置,并用直接调制和外腔主动锁模技术,分别产生了脉宽为19.7ps和9.0ps的半导体激光超短脉冲。
【Abstract】 By using the second harmonic generation of LiIO3 , the measunng equipment is sucessfully developed which can be used for measurement of ultrashort optical pulses from scmiconductor laser diodes. Ultrashort optical pulses with width of 19.7 ps and 9.0 ps are produced from semiconductor laser diodes by direct modulation and active mode-locking in exter hal cavity separately.
