新疆博乐和沙湾、阜康市县山地莱姆病螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi)的分离及鉴定

【摘要】 1991年5月从新疆博乐市准噶尔阿拉套山山地(E81°18′,N45°13′)、沙湾县北天山西段依连哈比尔尕北坡(E85°40′,N43°55′)和阜康县北天山东段博格达山山地北坡(E88°08′,N43°55′)共采集到全沟硬蜱(Ixodes persulcatus)千余只,经做莱姆病病原体分离,共检出疏螺旋体6株。对其中5株做了单克隆抗体试验,5株疏螺旋体均与单克隆抗体H9724呈阳性反应,而与H6831均呈阴性反应,有3株与H5332呈阳性反应、2株呈阴性反应。从而确认所分离的5株疏螺旋体为Borreliaburgdorferi疏螺旋体。首次从病原学证实上述一市二县山地存在莱姆病。

【Abstract】 In May 1991, more than 1000 ticks Ixodes persulcatus had been collected from the mountainous areas in M.Alataw (81°18 ’ E, 45°13 ’ N) of Bole City, and the northern slopes of M.Eren Habirga (85°40’ E, 43° 55 ’ N) in the western section of northern Tianshan in Shawan County and M.Bogda (88 08’ E, 43° 55 ’ N) in the estern section of northern Tianshan in Fukang County. Six strains of borrelia were isolated from the collected ticks, and 5 of them were identified by monoclonal antibody tests, result showed that all the 5 were positively reactive to McAb H9724 but negatively to H6831, and 3 of them positively reactive to H5332 while 2 showed negative reaction with the McAb. The 5 strains were, therefore, identi- fied as Borrelia burgdorferi, and it was confirmed for the first time that Lyme disease was prevalent in the surveyed areas.
