铅与氟联合作用的急性毒性实验研究

【摘要】 雄性SD大鼠分为四组:Ⅰ(A1),Ⅱ(F),Ⅲ(Al∶F=2.3∶1)和Ⅳ(Al∶F=1∶2.3)。一次经口灌胃后观察到,Ⅰ与Ⅲ组动物均出现铝中毒常见的眼眶出血症状,且死亡时间分布相似,表明高铝低氟摄入时有大量Al吸收产生铝毒性。应用改良等效线法评价联合作用性质,显示两种比例铝和氟均为拮抗作用,但Ⅲ组拮抗作用明显低于Ⅳ组,提示铝抗氟毒性作用并不随铝量增加而增强。

【Abstract】 Male SD rats were divided into four groups: Ⅰ(Al), Ⅱ(F),Ⅲ(Al : F = 2.3 : 1) and IV (Al : F= 1 : 2.3). The acute toxicities and joint actions of Al and F were investigated after one single dose of oral administration. The results showed that the values of LD50 for the four groups were 502, 96, 468 and 1023 mg/kg bw, respectively. An antagonism was presented in both groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ based on the improved isobologram with a stronger antagonistic effect in group Ⅳ. The animals in the four groups exhibited analogous acute toxicities characterized by the inhibitory signs of CNS, such as prostration and somnolence, etc. Nevertheless, partial animals (dose groups 400mg / kg) in both group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ manifested periorbital bleeding that was reported to be a very regular finding in Al intoxication in rat, as suggests that a high amount of Al would absorbed in group Ⅲ.The findings reveal that relatively small dose of Al may inhibit the toxicity of large dose of F. When the amount of Al exceeds that of intake of F, the antagonistic effect of Al on F becomes less stronger, and Al intoxication may be caused consequently.
