【摘要】 西藏地震史料汇编记载1932年8月14日西藏林芝发生过一次X度地震.据仪测资料,同日只有12时(北京时)在缅甸境内发生一次7级中深源地震.二者相距300多公里.它们是二次地震还是一次地震呢?认真分析了仪测资料,并重新修定震中,确认该日只有一次7级地震,震中在缅甸境内.再通过对历史记载的仔细分析,认为林芝地区的破坏,评为Ⅷ度比较合适.从而可考虑林芝的破坏受缅甸影响的可能性比较大.而Ⅶ度的高烈度可以深震常有的远距离异常区给以解释.更多还原

【Abstract】 A destruetive earthquake with epicentral intensity X on Aug 14, 1932 in Linzhi was reported by 《the Compilation of Historical Earthquake Material in Tibet》 . On the otherhand, the instrumental data show that there only was an intermediate enrthquake with M=7, which occured in Burma at 12 o’clock ( Beijing standard time ) on the same day. The distance between them is more than 300km. Are these two earthquakes the Same one After analysing the instrumental seismic date and relocating the epicenter, only one ear. thquake of M=7 in Burma is confirmed. By examining the historical records carefully, it is suitable the intensity in Linzh area is considered as Ⅷ because of above earthquake occured in Burma更多还原
