【摘要】 1986～1990五年内,应用田间自然发病和盆栽接种病土鉴定方法,对河南、河北、安徽、山东、山西、陕西等14个省市保存的8183份大豆种质资源进行了大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种的抗性鉴定,筛选出免疫品种29份,占参试材料0.35％,抗病品种209份,占参试材料2.55％。鉴定结果表明,抗源材料多为黑种皮大豆,而且不同地区大豆种质资源对大豆抱囊线虫3号生理小种的抗性差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 8183 soybean accessions from different provinces were evaluated for their resistance to race 3 of soybean cyst nematode by natural infection in the field and pot culture during 1986 to 1990. Among the materials evaluated, 29 accessions showed immunity,it was 0.35% of the total evaluation number, 209 varieties showed resistant, it was 2.55% of the total evaluation number. The results showed that there were significant difference in resistance to race 3 of soybean cyst nematode among accessions of soybeans of different seed-coat colar and geographic origination.更多还原
