红松酯酶同工酶地理变异的研究

【摘要】 利用电泳分析法分析,红松17个种源的酯酶同工酶的变化状况,结果表明,酯酶由3个基因位点控制,不同种源间的EST—B3,EST—B1,EST—A1的基因频率有显著的差异。EST—B位点在各种源内的平均基因多样度为56.25%,范围在42.46%—66.91%。它的基因变异,6.4%在种源间,93.6%在种源内。种源间的平均遗传距离为0.09,范围在0.00—0.34,且遗传距离与地理距离有相同的趋势。种源的基因频率与基因多样度有随纬度渐变的趋势,且这种变异趋势主要由1月份的均温作用的结果。

【Abstract】 The geographic variation of esterase isozymein seventeen provenan ces of Pinus koraiensis was analyzed by means of electrophoresis. The re sults show that esterase isozyme was coded by three loci; Allelic fre quency differences of EST—B3, EST—B1 and EST—A from different provenances tested are significant different. The average gene diversity of EST—B within all provenances was 56.25%, ranged from 42.46% to 66.0%. The coefficient of gene differentiation of EST—B was 6.4% among different provenances and 93.6%in the same provenance. The ave rage genetic distance of EST—B among the provenances was 0.09, ran ged from 0.00—0.34; and was more or less parallel to the geographic di stance. There are significant gradual changing tendency along latitude in the allelic frequences of EST—B and gene diversity of EST—B of pro venances, which is the results of the effects of the average temperature of January.
