【Abstract】 The root,stem and leaf specimens of the tree species were examinated with photo-microscope, multi-Junctional microscope, the shape, arrangement of mesophyll cells,thickness of callus layer,hair category, the root and stem components, volatile organization and distribution have differences among them.
