【摘要】 根据试验结果研究了在木材斜角切削时,垂直于切削方向上的分力与刃倾角及法面前角的关系。试验分为斜角纵向切削和斜角横向切削两部分,采用两种试材和两种切屑厚度。通过试验,找出了刃倾角和法面前角对垂直分力的影响规律;通过数学分析,对垂直分力的计算方法进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bascd on the experiment, the relations bctween normal component force and bevel angle of cutting edge and normal rake angle in oblique cutting of wood have been studied. The experiments are made up of longitudinal oblique cutting and transverse oblique cutting. Each type of experiments include two species of wood and two kinds of chip thickness. Through the experiments, the rules of the effect of bcvcl angles of cutting edge and normal rake angles on normal component force have been found out. The calculation method of normal component force has been studied by mathcmatical analysis.更多还原
