实行预装的经济运距

【摘要】 本文应用系统工程原理,结合林区木材生产实际,就实行预装对木材生产作业的影响进行了系统分析。经研究指出,在既定生产速度条件下,实行预装对伐区子系统作业和运材子系统作业直接影响,而对贮木场子系统作业影响甚微。本文还借助盈亏分析方法,实行预装对伐区和运材子系统的作业的影响进行了定量分析,得到在既定木材生产条件下实行预装临界经济运距L0的计算公式。

【Abstract】 Timber preloading (TP) in the cutting area is a good technique for forest harvesting operation (FHO).It has been proved that TP is a effective measure to improve the productivity and to low the cost of the whole forest harvesting operations. Preloading effect on timber operation were systematically analysed by using systematic engineering principle, combined with the practice of timber production in rorestry area. It also points out preloading has a direct cffect on cutting area operation and wood transportation, but has rarely effcct on log yard system under the given conditions. The quantitative analysis was made on cutting area and wood transportation by breakeven point analysis. The calculation formula of rational distance L0was obtained.
