捕捉器再生技术

【摘要】 本文介绍了蜂窝陶瓷颗粒捕捉器的再生条件及各种再生方法。这些再生方法主要有:①捕捉器自行再生,包括高速/大负荷再生和节流再生;②捕捉器燃烧室再生,包括串联式再生和并联式再生,而串联式再生又包括空气—燃料燃烧室再生和废气—燃料燃烧室再生,并联式再生又包括分流式燃料燃烧室再生和分流式电力燃烧室再生;③捕捉器催化再生,包括触媒涂层再生、铅燃料添加剂再生和非铅燃料添加剂再生。本文还对上述再生方法进行了比较,并指出了各种再生方法的利与弊。

【Abstract】 In this paper, regeneration requirments and different kinds of regeneration methods about ceramic honeycomb particle trape were introduced in great detail. These methods mainly include: (1) Trap selfcleaning regeneration which includes high speed/heavy load and throttling regeneration. (2) Trap chamber regeneration which includes that air-fuel chamber regeneration and exhaust-fuel chamber regeneration are series, and by-passing fuel chamber regeneration and bypassing electric chamber regeneration are parallel. (3) Trap catalytic regeneration which catalyst coating regeneration, lead fuel additive regeneration and non-lead fuel additive regeneration were included. All methods metioned above were also compared in this paper and their advantages and disadvantages were presented.
