NiGrMoV钢回火处理时沉淀行为及对机械性能的影响
Precipitation Behavior and Its Effect on Mechanical Properties during Tempering of Steel NiCrMoV
【摘要】 研究了高强低碳 NiCrMoV 钢淬火后回火温度对显微组织和机械性能的影响,着重分析碳化物的析出规律及对强度的影响,并对此钢提出了最佳热处理制度。试验表明,最佳热处理制度为淬火温度 930—940℃,回火温度 500—600℃。碳化物的形态、种类、分布主要取决于回火温度。450℃ 以下回火,主要为杆状M3C 型碳化物和少量等轴状Cr7C3 沉淀;550℃ 以上回火,主要为杆状或球状 M3C、等轴状 Cr7C3 和针状 Mo2C。550℃ 回火时产生二次硬化。
【Abstract】 Studies the effect of tempering temperature on the microstructures and properties of the high-strengh low-carbon steel NiCrMoV, in particular the precip-itati on behavior of carbides. Anoptimal heat treatment regime is thus suggested, i.e., quenching at 930-940℃ and then tempering at 500-600℃. The sizes and kinds of carbides and their distribution are mainly dependent on the tempering temperature. Experimental results show that when tempering temperature below 450℃, the precipitations are found that the ribbon like M3C are in majority with a few of equiaxed Cr7C3, when above 550℃, mainly the ribbon-like or spherical M3C,equiaxed Cr7C3 and needle-like Mo2C are found.Secondary hardening will appear at 550℃.
