LC4合金超塑拉伸时的力学行为和空洞形成

【摘要】 研究了细晶LC4铝合金在400—520℃温度范围内,初始应变速率为10-2—10-4S-1条件下拉伸时的力学行为及显微空洞的变化。结果表明材料呈现出良好的各向同性。平行及垂直于轧向拉伸到相同应变时空洞分布相同,并且空洞总是沿平行于拉仲轴的方向排列。进一步分析可以说明空洞不是在形变热处理当中大的Fe,Si夹杂物处形核,空洞形核主要发生在超塑变形中。

【Abstract】 Studies the mechanical behavior and cavity formation of the fine-crystalline alloy LC4 through tensile tests in a range of initial strain rate from 102 to 10-4s-1 at 400-500℃. As a result,the alloy exhibits excellent isotropy and similar cavity distributions in the directions both perpendicular and parallel to the rolling direction as strained equally. Also, cavities are shown always arranged paralled to tensile axis. It may be deemed further that in thermomechanical processing cavities are not nucleated at the positions large Fe and Si inclusions exist on, and mainly the cavity nucleation takes place in superplastic deformation.
