【Abstract】 Develops a mathematical model for the diffusive combustion process in an axisymmetrically suddenly-expanding combustor. Various operation modes are thus solved numerically by way of the SIMPLER method,and the results show that they are in accordance with both the basic theory of the diffusive combustion and the physical reality.
