近交系数与亲缘系数迭代算法

【摘要】 本文提出了适于任何无世代交叉系谱的近交系数与亲缘系数迭代算法。迭代过程是先利用亲代的近交系数和亲代间的亲缘系数计算出子代的近交系数,然后利用亲代的近交系数、亲代间的亲缘系数和子代的近交系数计算出子代间的亲缘系数。这种迭代算法不仅以统一的形式描述了连续全同胞、半同胞等有规律系谱近交系数迭代公式,而且突破了有规律系谱的限制,使迭代算法的适用范围拓宽到了任何无世代交叉的不规则系谱。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of formulas are given to calculate inbreeding and relationship coefficientsiteratively.The inbreeding coefficients of offspring can be calculated by using inbreedingcoefficients of parent and kinship coefficients between parents.The relationship coefficientscan be calculated by using inbreeding coefficients of parent and offspring and relationshipcoefficients between parents As a general form of iterative formulas for regular pedigrees theformulas are suitable for any irregular pedigree without generation overlap as well.
