【Abstract】 The result of this study showed that the best culture medium for Collybia vellutipesgrowth consisted of 75% cotton seed hull or sawdust, 20% wheat bran. 3% soybean meal,1% sugar and 1% calcium superphosphate. The optimum temperature for hypha growth was25～28℃ for fruiting body development was 13～15℃. The optimum humidity for hypha de-velopment was 60%～65% water content of the culture medium, and the optimum relativehumidity of air for fruiting body development was 85%～90%.更多还原
