家蚕质型多角体病抗病性的选择方法及效果
SELECTION METHODOLOGY AND ITS EFFICIENCY FOR IMPROVING RESISTANCE TO CPV IN BOMBYX MORI
【摘要】 东34品种经7-8代连续添毒质型多角体(CPB)选择,健蛹率提高17.3—54.5%,大造品种经7—8代连续添毒CPV选择,健蛹率仅提高3.9%-5.3%。隔代添毒CPV区的建蛹率和茧质均高于累代添毒选择区。春季CPV添毒选择浓度可用10~5,(1/2)×10~5,(1/4)×10~5:秋季宜用10~5,10~4,10~3,10~2。CPV添毒选择区的平均茧质成绩接近于对照。
【Abstract】 Three races, Dong34, Dazao, Zhenong 1 were used to do selective experiment of resistance to CPV along with cocoon characters. As a result of 7-8 generation selections with CPV oral infection, the sound pupa ratio of Dong34 was 17. 3-54. 5% higher than that of the control, but for Dazao, it increased only 3. 9-5. 3% under the selective pressure of 105 CPB/ml concentration. Both the sound pupa ratio and the cocoon quality in the interval-generation selection with CPV were higher than those in the successivegeneration selection. The CPV concentration used in spring and autumn can be considered to be 106, 1/2 × 105,1/4 × 105 and 105, 104,103,102 CPB/ml respctively. The average cocoon quality in the resistant selection blocks was almost the same as that in the non-treatments.
