利用非晶坯料生长Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO超导纤维
Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO SUPERCONDUCTING FIBERS PREPARED FROM AMORPHOUS MATERIALS
【摘要】 利用熔融淬火法制备非晶态坯料,并首次借助激光小台基座法使非晶态坯料生长成 Bi 系超导纤维,其零电阻温度为86K,在77K 下,J_c>5000A/cm~2。分析表明纤维有较强的织构。
【Abstract】 Bi-based superconducting fibers have been fabricated by means oflaser-heated pedestal growth(LHPG)method from amorphous materials prepared by meltand quench method for the first time.The zero resistance temperature is 86 K,and the criti-cal current density J_c(77 K)is greater than 5000A/cm~2.Structure analysis indicates that thefibers have strong textured structure.
