SiC_w/Al 复合材料的塑性变形行为研究

【摘要】 本文采用单向拉伸、单向压缩和热挤压方法,研究了压铸法制备的 SiC_w/Al 复合材料的塑性变形行为。结果表明,随应力状态由拉应力到压应力,SiC_w/Al 复合材料的极限塑变量明显增加。这种复合材料的拉伸屈服强度较低,但塑变强化效果较大,延伸率随温度升高而提高。随变形量增加,SiC 晶须发生明显的沿变形方向的取向,并且长径比减小。

【Abstract】 By means of uniaxial tension,uniaxial compression and hot extrusion,theplastic deformation behaviors of the SiC_w/Al composite made by squeeze casting methodwere investigated in this paper.The results show that while the stress state of the compositechanges from tensile state to copressive one,the ultimate amount of plastic deformation in-creases.It is demonstrated that the yeild strength of the SiC_w/Al composite is lower,andthe plastic deformation strengthening is higher,and the elongation increases with increasingdeformed temperature.SiC whiskers are oriented to the deformed direction and the aspectratio of the SiC whisker is reduced with increasing the amount of deformation.
