外球面球轴承径向游隙的检测

【摘要】 由于外球面球轴承的结构与普通球轴承差别较大,因此用于检查深沟球轴承径向游隙的仪器不能用来检查外球面球轴承的游隙。X093型轴承检查仪经过改装后,可用来检测外球面球轴承径向游隙,效果很好。本文介绍了改进方法要点和改进后的效果。附图2幅。更多还原

【Abstract】 The X093 instrument can be used to inspect the radial clearance of insert ball bearings, after it is improved in the following way: changing the outer diameter surfaces of above & under support wheels from cylindrical form to conical form with coning angle; increasing the -lengths of sleeve and tight - pulling spindle. The empirical formula for calculating a coning angle is also given in this paper.更多还原
