【Abstract】 Since the trigger-off of reform and open to the world,the economic development in the urban periphery has gathered speed forward and in its wake problems of land use and management also emerged. For the resolution of conflicts arising therefrom, the city of Bejijng initiated in 1989 locale planning undertaken by the department of integration of town and villages.
