【Abstract】 Projection and appraisal for urban traffic land use have adopted the rate of land area for traffic use and area of urban traffic land per capita as two index factors but whether the findings could truthfully show the reqirements of traffic is doubtful as there is imitation in these factors. The article proposes a simple model for projection of urban land use based on analyses of urban population density projected for that planning period and such other factors as the mode of trips of the population and the speed of vehicles.更多还原
