甘薯块根HSP与耐贮性的研究
STUDIES ON HRAT SHOCK PROTEIN ( HSP ) AND STORAGE TOLERANCE IN SWEET POTATO ROOTS
【摘要】 高温愈伤薯根耐贮藏是热激效应。热激薯根不仅诱导一组新的HSP合成,而且原有蛋白质继续合成。这些HSP加速了木质素的合成,并诱导植物抗毒素等产生,从而提高薯根的抗病性,保持耐贮不腐烂。
【Abstract】 The paper reports that curiag sweet potato roots at higher temperature exhibits a heat shock effect.The result of sweet potato roots being heat-shocked for 48 hours at 38 ℃ is that a new set of HSP synthesis occurs in addition to normal protein synthesis. Induced HSP enhances biosynthesis of lignins and phytoalexins in roots, thus increasing diseases resistance and storage tolerance in heat-shocked roots.
