过滤对ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti断裂微观过程的影响

【摘要】 本文对 ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti 试样采用泡沫陶瓷过滤器过滤处理后,在扫描电镜中进行拉伸试验,观察了材料断裂的微观过程,同时对未经过滤处理的试样进行了同样试验。得到的结果表明,试样中夹杂物大小、分布不同,裂纹的生核和长大方式有所区别,从机理上揭示了过滤提高ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti 韧性的原因。

【Abstract】 When two kinds of ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti samples, one group is filtered by a ceramic foam filter and another is not,are tested under the tension test machine within scanning electron microscope,a series of cracking micro- process are observed.Typical photo of cracking process and analyzing results show that the form of crack nucleation and development vary with the cha- nge in the size and dispersion of inclusion in the samples.The mechanism of increasing in the ductility of the metallic material by filtration with a ceramic foam filter is revealed.
