钢和铝TIG焊光电熔透信号的提取

【摘要】 采用PbS红外探测器构成的熔透测量系统,测量了钢和铝TIG焊焊缝背面受热区发出的光电熔透信号。在铝TIG焊接中,采用一定的熔透分辨措施,以利于探测高温熔化区的辐射信号,而抑制低温近缝区的辐射信号。采用成本低廉的截止滤光片获取特定的测量波段就能很好地实现这一措施。

【Abstract】 The penetration measuring system which is made of PbS infrared probe is used to measure light-electric penetration signal from the back face of hot zone of steel and aluminium TIG weld, In aluminium TIG weding some penetration discrimination is introduced in favour of liquid metal at higher temperature, over the surrounding melt at lower temperature. The best performance is obtained through specially selecting the measure wave length with a cheap band elimination filter.
