双相合金超塑性变形晶粒长大的模式
Grain Growth Model of Duplex Alloy during Superplastic Deformation
【摘要】 由应变促进晶粒长大是双相(α+β)合金超塑性变形中的重要组织效应。晶粒长大的驱动力来自界面滑动而造成的界面能升高。由于双相合金各界面的易动性和迁移性的不同,致使β相以晶界迁移的方式长大;α相以相遇合并的方式长大。两相晶粒的长大规律均符合下式: d=AεB+d0 本文提出一个双相合金超塑性变形晶粒长大模型。
【Abstract】 Strain enhanced grain growth in duplex(α+β)alloy during superplastic deformation is one of the most important structure effects. The driving force of the grain growth is derived from grain boundary sliding. The defferences of the mobilities and the charecters among the three kinds of boundaries in duplex alloy lads to the fact that the grains of different phase grow in different ways, βgrains graow by grain boundary migration, and grains by merging. The growth rules of the two phases are the same as that α=ΑεB+α0 A model to describe the grain growth by merging has been established in this paper.
