板料的基本成形性与模拟成形性的相关性研究
Research on the Relationship between the Fundamental Formability and Simulant Formability of Sheet Metals
【摘要】 本文分析了单向拉伸、双向等拉、平面应变、纯剪四种基本状态的试验和锥杯、扩孔、拉深、杯突四种模拟试验,取得了一系列基本材料参数和模拟指标。根据这些试验数据,用解析法建立了基本成形性和模拟成形性之间的数学关系式,用数理统计法,探讨了这两类性能之间的线性相关性,为进一步开发基本试验、简化和精化模拟试验打下了基础。
【Abstract】 Four kinds of fundamental tests (Tension, Bulge, Plane-Strain, Pure-Shear) and simulant tests (Deep-Drawing,Cuping,Hole-Expansion,Fuki’cup)are analyzed in this paper. Based on these results,the relationship between the fundam-ental formability and the simulant formability of sheet metals is studied in details, and the possibity to simplify the current technological tests is also discussed.
