用催化剂V2O5延缓酸性镀锡液变浊试验
V2O5 as a Catalyst for Delaying Turbidizing of Acidic Sn Plating Bath
【摘要】 向酸性镀锡液及锡基电解着色液中加入0.05～0.1g/L催化剂（V2O5）后,可明显抑制溶液变浊过程,并探讨了它的作用机理。
【Abstract】 The turbidizing could be obviously delayed by adding 0.05～0.01 g/L V2O5 into the acidic Sn plating bath. The mechanism has also been discussed.
