[2,4-(CH3)2C5H5]NdCl2·3THF-AlEt3体系引发丁二烯聚合的活性

【摘要】 <正> 戊二烯稀土配合物化学目前尚处于萌芽时期,只报道有几个配合物的合成,戊二烯稀土氯化物的合成则至今未见报道.最近,东德专利报道了[2,4-(CH3)2C5-H5]3Nd在双烯烃定向聚合上的应用.我们合成了2,4-二甲基戊二烯基稀土二氯化物,并考察了其对双烯烃的聚合催化活性. 1.试剂和分析方法:聚合用溶剂经纯化,活性氧化铝浸泡后使用.稀土含量分析用二甲酚橙为指示剂以EDTA标准溶液滴定;氯含量分析用硫酸铁铵为指示剂,加过量
【Abstract】 [2,4-(CH3)2C8H5]NdCl2.3THF in combination with AlEt3 is a highly effective catalyst for the polymerization of butadiene. The experimental results show that the conversion of monomer is greatly influenced by solvents, the conversion of monomer is higher in cyclopentane than that in toluene. Under the condition of fixed amount of the main catalyst, the conversion of monomer is changed significantly with, the change of CAl]/[Nd](molar ratio), and it is the same the other way round. Within the experimental range, the effects of solvents, (AI]/[Nd](molar ratio) and the amount of main catalyst on the microstructurc of polymer are not notable. Only the cis-1,4 content of polybutacliene decreases with inereasing the amount of main catalyst.
