皮肤渗透促进剂─氮■酮及其同系物合成的研究
Synthesis of the Skin PermeationPromotor-1-dodecylazacy cloheptan-2-one and its Derivatives
【摘要】 本文提出了皮肤渗透促进剂氮(?)酮合成的新方法。该法为:已内酰胺在固-液相转移催化作用下,即以甲苯为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,氢氧化钾为去质子剂,反应时间3小时,收率81.0%,同时合成了四种氮(?)酮同系物。
【Abstract】 Abstract:The new method of synthesis of skin per-meation promoter-1-dodecylaza cycl-oheptan-2-one was introduced in this article. Four Kinds of its derivatives were Synthesised at the Same time. The yield was 81.0%.
