摩擦焊机的技术问题
Some technical problems about friction welding machine
【摘要】 在分析北京工具厂等七家工厂生产的摩擦焊机不同程度地存在主轴发热、焊接质量不稳、噪声大等问题的基础上,设计了Z-51型摩擦焊机。设计中解决了同时适应高温高压高转速轴承结构的制造、高速钢K值的确定等技术问题,使该机达到了焊接质量好、噪声小、耗电低、用料省(每台每年节约高速钢50t、碳钢70t、紫铜0.5t)。
【Abstract】 Based on the friction welding machine analysis a new type of Z-51 friction welding machine is designed. The machines to be analyzed made in Beijing Tool Factory and other six, which to some extent have some problems-their spindle is overheated, welding quality unstable, operation noisy, and so on.During the designing, some technical problems, such as processing of the bearing fit for high term perature high pressure high rotational velocity simultaneously and determining of the K value of high-speed steel are solved.Therefore the Z-51 machine yields the characteristics of high welding quality, low noise and less consumption-save 50t high-speed steel, 70t simple steel and 0.5t red copper annually for a single.
