相转移催化法合成1—氰基环戊烷—1—羧酸乙酯
SYNTHESIS OF ETHYL 1-CYANOCYCLOPENTANE-1-CARBOXYLATE BY PHASE TRANSFER CATALYSIS
【摘要】 采用平均分子量为600的聚乙二醇作相转移催化剂,无水碳酸钾作碱,经由氰基乙酸乙酯与1,4—二溴丁烷的环化反应合成了1—氰基环戊烷—1—羧酸乙酯。
【Abstract】 The title compound has been synthesized using a polyethyleneglycol with an aver- age molecular weight of 600 as phase transfer catalyst, anhydrous potassium carbonate as base, via cyclization of ethyl cyanoacetate with 1, 4-dibromobutane.
