肺动脉输入阻抗及其病理学意义的评价

【摘要】 本文通过对肺动脉压与流量的Fourier变换研究了狗的肺动脉输入阻抗及其病理学意义。结果表明,狗的肺动脉系统在波的传播上符合简单管模型理论,但输入阻抗的基频不等于其相位的过零点频率,而且输入阻抗也不是肺动脉力学研究的敏感指标。

【Abstract】 Input pulmonary arterial impedance and its pathophysiological significance were studied under di-fferent conditions by Fourier transformation of the pulmonary arterial pressure and flow in dogs. Thefrequency of the first minimal (Zmin) and maximal (Zmax) moduli of the input pulmonary arterialimpedance were corresponding to that of the first and the second harmonic, respectively. The first ma-ximal negative and positive phase of the impedance occured at the second and the third harmonic, re-spectively. The fundamental frequency of the controls was 3.23+0.2474 Hz and its frequency at thezero phase was 7.85+0.6548Hz. Increasing the airway pressure or clamping the right pulmonary veins raised Zmax, Zmin and theimpedance modulus at zero frequency (Zo.) Clamping the right pulmonary artery only increased Zo andacute hypoxia simply increased Zmin. The airway pressure, pulmonary arterial or venous clamping andacute hypoxia had no effect on the frequency of the pulmonary arterial impedance. It may be concluded that the impedance is not a sensitive way for the pulmonary arterial mechanicsstudy and the frequency at zerophase does not correctly equal to the fundamental frequency as reportedearly.
