【Abstract】 By means of cell counting and ³H-thymidine incorporation we observed that endothlin dose-dependently stimulated the multiplication of rabbit’s aortic smooth muscle cells. And this effect ofendothelin was significantly inhibited by Mg²⁺ and taurine. The results suggest that taurine and Mg²⁺may be useful adjunctive drugs for the prevention and freatment of hypertension.更多还原
