【Abstract】 The interaction of cisplatin with tumor cell membranes was studied by method of MSL spin label.Cisplatin effects on ESR spectrum of tumor cells labeled with MSL. In the presence of cisplatin theratios of W and S of L1210 cell membranes and Ehrlich ascites tumor cell membranes labeled withMSL were changed. The results indicate cisplatin can react with mercapto groups on the proteins oftumor cell membranes and change the conformations of cell membrane proteins.更多还原
