铝离子与硅石表面离子交换吸附作用的研究——铝化合物抗矽肺作用机理的探讨
A STUDY ON THE ION-EXCHANGE ADSORPTION BETWEEN ALUMINUM ION AND SURFACE OF SILICAS——TO GO FURTHER INTO THE MECHANISM OF INHIBITING SILICOSIS BY ALUMINUM COMPOUNDS
【摘要】 本文报道铝离子与硅石(石英粉、硅胶)表面的离子交换吸附作用的研究。实验确定了离子交换类型、离子交换生成常数以及柠檬酸对离子交换生成常数的影响;证实石英粉带负电荷,铝离子水解产物带正电荷,它们之间存在相互吸附作用。这种铝离子与硅石表面的离子交换吸附作用,可能是铝化合物抑制石英粉尘致矽肺作用的机理。
【Abstract】 The ion-exchange adsorption between aluminum ion and surface of silicas (quartz particle or silicagel) with different specific surface area was studied. The type of cation ion-exchange over a rangeless than pH 8 were established. The ion-exchange formation constants were determined. The effect ofcitric acid on adsorbed amount and the ion-exchange formation constant was quantitatively obversed. A fact that the quartz particle and the hydrolyzed product of aluminum ion in solution at pH 5were charged negatively or positively respectively and there was an adsorption between them was con-firmed by the boundary electrophoresis method. We consider that this ion-exchange adsorption on silicasurface to aluminum ion could be the mechanism, with which aluminum compounds inhibit quartzparticle from causing silicosis. And we suggest that on the basis of ensuring the stability of aluminumprepatation, it would be better to decrease as much as possible the ratio of citric acid to aluminum inthe preparation for treatment of silicosis.
