【Abstract】 The phenotype of T cells in the human fetal spleens has been analysed with flow cytometry. Thefindings suggest that: (1) the percentage of T cells in human fetal spleen is lower than the normalhuman’s, 84.5% of CD3+T cells are TCRαβpositive; (2) the ratio of CD4+T cells to CD8+T cellspositively correlates with fetal age, which implies the suppressor T cells are important for the formationof immunologic self-tolerance; (3) the majority of the spleen T cells express CD 38 antigens, whichsuggests the post-thymic maturation of T cells.更多还原
