【摘要】 本文对75例慢性萎缩性胃炎在以胃镜、病理检查为主要依据的同时,开展了胃泌酸功能SIgA(分泌性IgA)、NANA(N-乙酰神经氨酸)、三羟胆酸等9项试验。结果表明:中药系列冲剂治疗本病胃泌酸功能试验治愈及显效率达61.34%,有效率为82.67%,其余8项指标有效率都在70.67%以上。文章认为:胃泌酸功能等9项指标对本病的诊断及疗效判定具有重要意义,弥补了胃镜和病理检查的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported that 75 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis had been observed by the main techniques of gastroscopy and pathological examination and tested by the nine determinations such as oxyntic function of stomach, SIgA, NANA, etc. These results showed that the series of granules of Chinese Materia Medica were effective for improving the oxyntic function, its cure rate and remarkably effective rate were 61.34%, and effective rate was 82.67%. For the other indexes, the effective rates were all over 70.67%.
