【摘要】 本实验在建立巴氏杆菌性家兔温病气营传变模型及小鼠模型的基础上,验证解毒凉营护阴法在阻断温病气营传变中的治疗作用,并初步揭示其作用原理。实验结果表明,根据该法研制的解毒凉营护阴注射液能够明显降低模型动物的高热,改善症状,控制病变,减轻病损,延长存活时间。提示该药具有广泛的药理活性,通过解热、增强抗感染免疫、改善血液流变性、阻止DIC发生、保护中枢神经细胞等作用,在多个方面和环节上广泛地影响感染性疾病的病理过程,从而达到阻断气营传变,促进机体恢复的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The models of qi-ying transformation were made of rabbits and mice with Bar′s bacilli to test and verify the therapeutic effects of which the toxifying,cooling ying and protecting yin methods block the qi-ying phase transformation, and to reveal its mechanism in this experiment. Its results demonstrated that the injection solution could markedly decrease the high fever, improve the symptoms, control the focuses, relieve the impairment and prolong the survival time of the model animals. It also suggested that the solution had the extensive pharmacological activities in which the pathological processes of a infectious disease were influenced by antipyretic action, increasing immunization, improving blood rheology, obstructing the forming of DIG and protecting the central nervous cells. At last, the qi-ying phase transformation was blocked and the body rehabilitation was improved.更多还原
