【摘要】 我们自1986年5月起对30名患者进行腭裂修复时,应用双侧带蒂颊粘膜瓣修补鼻腔侧粘膜切断延长后遗留的创面,延长了软腭的长度。同时行提腭帆肌重建,恢复其正常解剖形态及功能。术后软腭形态及动度良好,发音有明显改善。部分病人用纤维鼻咽镜观察,颊粘膜存活,腭咽闭合良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since May 1986, We have used double-mucobuccal flaps to cover the nasal mucosa incision wound caused by setting back of the soft palate in 30 cases of palatorrhaphy , and thus lengthened the soft palate , restored its normal anatomic pattern and function, and meanwile , reconstruced the musde levator veli palatini. These operations Were all followed by good soft palate shape and flexibility , and obviously improved phonation. Through fibro-naso-pharyngoscopy in some of the cases, we also observed that the double - mucobuccal flaps survived well and the velopharyngeal closure function was good.更多还原
