【Abstract】 Sixty cases of hepatic carcinoma were treated with hepatic artery embolization via catheterizatoin, using lipiodol and anticancerous agent. Analysis was made with emphasis on radiological features of angiography and embolization. The emulsion of iodized oil and anticancerous agent was slowly infused under fluoroscopy, and was seen to flow into the tumor vessels. Iodized oil remained in the tumor for a long time, and therapeutic effect was easily observed by follow-up radiography and CT scanning.更多还原
