【摘要】 对京郊某蛋鸡场后备鸡群"亚临床型"IBD的发生及危害进行了调查.结果表明,"亚临床型"IBD在免疫鸡群中存在较为普遍,其发生可能与IBDV污染的鸡场中其母源抗体不能完全保护雏鸡群在早期免受IBDV的侵袭,和母源抗体干扰IBD疫苗免疫效果有关."亚临床型"IBD的免疫抑制作用,可影响到其他疫苗的免疫效果,并易使雏鸡发生大肠杆菌、枝原体等继发感染.更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey of the subclinical IBD in pullets of an egg farm in Beijing suburbs was carried out. The results suggest that the subclinical IBD can commonly occur in the IBD-Vaccined pullets. It is due to maternal antibody insufficience to protect pullets against IBDV during the early peroid and interference with effective vaccination. The immunosuppresence of subclinical IBD can affect the effection of vaccine against other diseases and causes secondinfection of E. coli, mycoplasma etc.更多还原
