Pr2(Co1-xMnx)14B和Pr2(Fe1-xMnx)14B的结构和低温磁性
Structure and Magnetic Properties of Pr2(Co1-x Mn-x)14 B and Pr2(Fe1-x Mnx)14 B compounds at Cryogenic Temperature
【摘要】 本文研究了Pr2(Co1-xMnx)14B 和 Pr2(Fe1-xMnx)14B 化合物的晶体结构和低温内禀磁性.在 x≤0.5时,可以形成2-14-1四方晶体结构.当 x 分别大于0.3和0.2时,Pr2(Co1-xMnx)14B 和 Pr2(Fe1-xMnx)14B 的居里温度 Tc 和饱和磁化强度σs 急剧减小.这两种化合物块状样品在1.5 K 的内禀矫顽力分别达到16 kOe 和22 kOe.内禀矫顽力既随成分变化,也随温度改变.低温特大矫顽力来源于窄畴壁能的涨落.
【Abstract】 A large intrinsic coercive force iHc of up to 16 kOe and 22kOe,respectively for Pr2(Co1-xMnx)14B and Pr2(Fe1-xMnx)14B has been observed at 1.5 K in as-cast bulk samples.It shows a composition dependence.The virgin magnetization curves with propagation field Hp indicate that the coercivity is created by domain wall pinning.The origin for the large intrinsic coercive force can be understood in terms of narrow domain walls.
