外生菌根对油松苗木抗旱性的影响
Effect of Ectomycorrhizae on the Drought Resistance of Pinus tabulae formis Seedlings
【摘要】 在土壤灭菌条件下,研究了6种外生菌根菌对水分胁迫下2年生油松容器苗的影响.结果表明,接种菌根菌可以显著地促进苗木的生长,苗高增加26.13%~32.83%,地径增加29.32%~32.64%,单株干重为对照的1.89~2.05倍;促进苗木对磷素的吸收和叶绿素的合成,分别为对照的1.07~1.21倍和1.37~1.72倍;提高苗木的蒸腾速率和光合速率,在土壤水势为-2.5MPa时,蒸腾速率为对照的1.94~3.41倍,土壤水势为-1.0MPa时,净光合速率为对照的1.91~4.61倍.
【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out under water stress to investigate the effect of 6 kinds of ectomycorrhizal fungi on growth and water relation of Pinus tabulaeformis 2-year-old seedlings in containers with sterilized soil. The results show that inoculation ectomycorrhizal fungi is beneficial to seedlings in three respects: (1)the shoot height increase by 26.13%-32.83%, the stem diameter by 29.32%-32.64%, and the dry weight of ectomycorrhizal seedlings is 1.89-2.05 times as nonmycorrhizal ones, (2) the content of phosphorus of ectomycorrhizal seedlings is 1.07-1.21 times, and the content of chlorophyll of ectomycorrhizal seedlings is 1.37-1.72 times as nonmycorrhizal ones, and (3) the transpiration rate of ectomycorrhizal seedlings is 1.94-3.41 times as nonmycorrhizal seedlings at -2.5MPa of soil water potential, and the net photosynthesis rate of ectomycorrhizal seedlings is 1.91-4.61 times as nonmycorrhizal ones at -1.0MPa of soil water potential.
